Silver Care - Telephone support and next day parts replacement.  Coverage hours: 8-5, M-F excluding holidays.

Gold Care - Telephone support (response within 1 business hour) and on-site support (within 8 business hours).

Platinum Care - Telephone support (response within 1 business hour) and on-site support (within 4 business hours).
