The ArcMail Defender is a stand-alone network appliance that combines archive and data compression technology with on-board storage for a comprehensive email archive solution. It captures a copy of ALL inbound, outbound and internal email by utilizing the journaling funtion of your mail server. It also indexes the email header and text information, and securely stores the data on built-in disk storage.
